Notes on Nevada

  • Unofficial results from the Nevada Secretary of State's official results site (silverstateelection.nv.gov). The site is behind Imperva bot protection that blocks plain HTTP clients. The JSON feed (manifest, then contest objects) was read in a normal browser session that passed the protection automatically, with no CAPTCHA, and the counts were copied exactly. Nevada counts mail ballots that arrive after Election Day; totals will change.
  • Candidate totals for each district match the feed's own contest totals (NV-1 215,390; NV-2 299,089; NV-3 248,325; NV-4 227,800).
  • NV-2 is marked partial: the feed masks Lincoln County's NV-2 portion (votes null, flagged masked), so the district total covers 12 of 13 counties. The other three districts report every county.
  • The feed's 'incumbent' flags were all false. Incumbent flags here come from public knowledge (Titus, Lee, Horsford). NV-2 is open (Mark Amodei did not run).
  • Party mapping: IAP=Independent American (O); NPP=No Political Party (I). pctReporting is null: the feed reports counties, not a share of expected vote.
  • NV-02: county-only partial count replaced with CNN's full-district media tally (2026-11-05T15:18:47Z).
